Reflection, Connection, and the Courage to Move Forward

Many of us have developed the habit of creating reflection time at the end of the year.
We assess results, acknowledge what went well, and notice what needs to be adjusted for a fresh start in 2026.

This year, at Key & Spark, we added one more bucket to our reflection: connection.

Because connection brings courage.
And courage creates possibilities.

When we look back, some of the most meaningful moments didn’t come from pushing harder or moving faster, even though performance, professionalism, and excellence absolutely matter.
They came from honest conversations, unexpected alliances, moments of trust, and the courage that grows when we don’t stand alone.

Connection doesn’t remove complexity.
But it helps us face it with more clarity and strength.

As we close the year, we want to thank our partners, clients, collaborators, and all the people who chose to connect with us through dialogue, shared work, curiosity, and trust. Your openness and engagement are what make our work meaningful and impactful.
