How do you recognize moments when it's time to let go?

By: Dana Poul-Graf, Founder & Strategic Thought Partner, Key&Spark

👉🏻 Set your 'quit criteria.' Define conditions where walking away is smarter, not just easier.
👉🏻 Regularly evaluate your progress. Check if you're meeting your goals.
👉🏻 Be honest with yourself. Know when efforts are no longer yielding results.

Avoid this:

❌ Sticking with a failing project out of stubbornness or fear of failing
❌ Ignoring signs that it's time to pivot or stop
❌ Letting pride get in the way of smart decisions

Make quitting part of your strategy instead. It's not failure; it's thoughtful planning and decision-making.

Celebrate small wins is great, but recognizing and acknowledging dead ends, is crucial too. 🎉
